 When you sit on the Back App, you get a correct sitting position with a natural curve in your lower back while you exercise and strengthen the supporting muscles in your back. The chair's center of gravity balances on the ball, which is adjustable for different degrees of balance training. Your feet rest on the balance-damping footplate.

 The cushioning under the footplate is made of NBR foam rubber (nitrile) with closed pores for long durability.
 The legs/gas lift are produced from shiny chrome-plated steel.
 The PTS-filled polypropylene ball can be screwed up and down to adjust the balance challenge. The ball is always red by default.
 The footplate is injection-molded in mineral-filled polyamide and is very dimensionally stable. Diameter 600 mm.
 The seat is injection molded from polypropylene.
